General Information

Reime NIS Group is strategically focusing on long term commitments internationally. This company policy implies incorporation of subsidiaries in the various countries where Reime NIS commits to performing work on foreign soil. We additionally experience a firm requirement from customers that contracts of this kind must be signed with a local, formally incorporated legal body of Reime NIS. Such subsidiaries are currently incorporated in seven countries, two in Europe, three in Africa and two in South East Asia. More will come.

Structure

The organizational structure reflects a dual managerial approach characterizing the Reime NIS Group. On the one side Reime NIS management is represented in the Board of Directors of all subsidiaries, thereby directly auditing business operations internationally, additionally a matrix oriented support structure is set up to secure a pro-active interchange of information, experience and skills between each subsidiary and the various managers.
